What is a Mastermind?
A Mastermind is a group of individuals gathered for success. The Executive Coach will lead your Mastermind group in brainstorming, education, peer accountability and support to sharpen the business and leadership development of the members. This group will increase employee engagement, build community and become a conduit to achieve success.
Participants challenge each other to set powerful goals and develop congruent strategies with built-in accountability. The facilitated Mastermind process uses the power of group-think to ignite exponential success, which is the desired outcome of every participant. The group requires confidentiality, commitment, and an openness to explore new ways of achieving success. Mastermind group members act as catalysts for growth, engagement and community. This is the essence and value of an Executive Coach led mastermind group.
